The Church Elder Board accepts the commission to shepherd the flock of God
under their oversight.  That includes ensuring the spiritual oversight, shepherding,
mission and vision of CCC.  These men seek to serve as examples to our church
family and community and to equip the body for personal growth into the fullness
of Christ, effective service, and outreach to the lost in our community and world.
They meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday mornings.  The first Tuesday of each month
they meet for prayer at 8 am and encourage all the men of the church to join them.

Deacons are men and women who assist the elders in shepherding the church
family and leading ministries.  All standing committees are chaired by a Deacon or
Deacon couple.  They also include a shepherding team that provides visitation and
care for shut-ins, widows and widowers.  They oversee our caregiver support
ministry, weekly chapel service at a local care center, provide in-home communion
services, and assist in the celebration of ordinances. 

This committee assumes responsibility for encouraging the fellowship of the
church family.  They oversee the church kitchen and supplies, arrange meals,
programs, & decorations for social events, coordinate bridal & baby showers, and
oversee ministries to the sick, discouraged, and bereaved.  They meet at 6:00pm on
